FAQ

Quick answers

How do I set SVG stroke-linejoin?
Choose miter, round, or bevel and click Set linejoin. The value is written on every element that already has a stroke, including style attributes.
How is linejoin different from stroke-linecap?
Linecap draws the ends of an open path (butt, round, square). Linejoin draws the corners where two segments meet. A rectangle shows join, not cap.
What is the difference between miter, round, and bevel?
Miter extends the outer edges to a point. Round fills the corner with an arc of radius stroke-width/2. Bevel cuts the corner with a flat line.
Does Set linejoin also rewrite stroke-linecap?
No. Caps on open ends stay as they are. Use Set SVG Stroke Linecap for butt, round, or square ends.
