FAQ

Quick answers

How do I remove markers from SVG?
Click Remove markers. marker-start, marker-mid, and marker-end (plus the CSS equivalents) are stripped from shapes. <marker> elements that nothing references are deleted from defs.
How is remove-markers different from baking markers?
Bake keeps the arrow as real path geometry. This page drops the decoration: the stroke stays, the tip is gone. Add Arrowhead is how you put a live marker back.
Are baked arrow triangles removed too?
No. Those are ordinary <path> fills created by Bake SVG Markers into Path, not marker-* attributes. Delete them in Source if you need them gone.
Does this remove clipPath or filter as well?
No. Remove SVG Clip Path and Remove SVG Filters are separate. This page only touches markers.
