FAQ

Quick answers

How do I round SVG path corners?
Set Radius and click Round corners. Closed or open paths made of M/L/H/V commands get a quadratic fillet at each sharp joint. Polygon and polyline elements are converted to path first.
How is this different from Round SVG Path Decimals?
Decimals rounds numeric precision in d (1.2345→1.23). This page changes geometry: a square corner becomes a curve. Snap to pixel grid is also numbers, not fillets.
Does this set rx/ry on a rect?
No. A <rect> is not rewritten with rx. Convert SVG Rect to Path if you need d, then fillet that path — or keep the rect and add rx yourself. This tool only fillets path corners.
What happens to cubic or arc corners?
C/Q/A segments stay as they are. Only line-to-line joints fillet. Chamfer SVG Path Corners cuts those same L joints as a straight bevel instead of a Q curve. Curves → lines first if you need cubics turned into L before rounding.
